EGA completes new spent pot lining plant21 May 2019, Published under Cement NewsUAE-based Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) has announced the completion of a new AED15m (US$4.1m) pre-treatment and crusher facility for spent pot lining (SPL) in Al Taweelah, Abu Dhabi. The facility is the largest of its type in the Gulf region and will be used to supply an alternative feedstock for cement companies in the country.
